Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on custom metal products according to specifications and drawings.
- Weld, fabricate, and assemble metal components with precision and attention to quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
- Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment required.
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Experience with custom metal fabrication is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and welding environment.
Employees must wear appropriate welding PPE, including:
- Arm guards
- Welding apron
- Welding gloves
- Welding face mask/helmet
- Additional safety equipment as required by company policy

Pay Details: $24.00 to $23.00 per hour
