Job Opportunity: Columbus, OH Our client is looking for a MIG Welder to join their team. Our client is a leading manufacturer of metal burial vaults. The MIG Welder will be responsible for MIG welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards while ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient production. Responsibilities/Duties: - Set up welding equipment - Weld steel and aluminum according to blueprints - Clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding - Inspect final products for quality standards - Troubleshot issues with welding equipment - Maintain a clean and safe work are Requirements/Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED certificate - 1+ years of MIG welding experience - TIG welding experience a plus - Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Attention to detail
