are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our production team in Mount Dora, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding mild steel components to meet quality and structural standards.

This is a great opportunity for experienced welders as well as recent trade school graduates looking to grow their careers with a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on structural mild steel components.
  • Fabricate metal parts according to specifications and project guidelines.
  • Conduct self-inspections of welds to ensure quality and precision.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station.
  • Adhere to all shop safety protocols and guidelines.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with MIG structural mild steel welding.
  • Open to recent trade school graduates with strong hands-on training.
  • Must pass an in-person weld test.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work the 6:00 AM shift schedule consistently.
