Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager is responsible for numerous direct reports and technicians. They are responsible for all lines, operations, wastewater treatment, warehouse, and plant utilities. Responsibilities: Direct the development and execution of capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the Plant Engineer and Leadership Team Manage and improve the preventive maintenance program, including equipment reliability, backlog management, periodic overhauls, and the annual R&M budget Lead regulatory programs including Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, and PSM, while supporting water, energy, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives Lead direct and indirect employees through coaching, training, performance management, productivity monitoring, and policy enforcement Required Skills & Experience: 8-10+ years of experience maintenance management experience Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, boiler systems, building maintenance, etc. Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm while also being on-call Project management experience Preferred Skills & Experience: Knowledge of SQF and HACCP Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
