Memory Lane is an upscale Alzheimer's Special Care Unit devoted to caring for our Residents as our own family. The Alzheimer's/Dementia Care Unit Nurse is responsible resident care to the resident's and their families. Medication management and implement a plan during his/her assigned shift, which consists of periods of rest, guidance needed in ADLs, periods of physical activity, bowel and bladder schedule, adaptation in dining, nutrition and hydration needs, recreation schedule, visitation, behavioral interventions and environmental adjustments. The Unit Nurse receives ongoing Alzheimer's care training.
