  • Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
  • Call hours: 3 pm - 7 am
  • Supervision: Anesthesiologists onsite - little to no supervision
  • Types of cases required: Cardiac, ORTHO, ENDO, GEN, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, PEDs, Urology, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma (NO OB, yet). Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
  • Number of ORs: 9
  • Licensure Requirements: COI - IN PCF required. TEE / Heart Experience is preferred. Certification - BLS / ACLS - must be through AHA
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
