We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Line Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves performing quality inspections and utilizing various precision measuring instruments to assess product quality throughout the manufacturing process.


Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on production lines to identify defects and deviations
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines for accuracy checks
  • Monitor compliance with quality systems and industry regulations including ISO 9001
  • Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality records
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
  • Identify deviations and inconsistencies from established standards and escalate as necessary


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a quality control and knowledge of quality systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines
  • Keen eye for identifying deviations and inconsistencies from standards
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all processes

Pay Range $17.00 -$22.00
