Lighting Installer - Electrician

About Us:
We're a small but growing electrical contracting company. We handle a mix of commercial and light industrial projects, focusing on lighting and energy management, often across multiple locations. Looking for Electricians willing to learn a different side of the trade, while providing technical expertise and leadership. This position will require travel.

Most projects will be on a piece rate basis.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing lighting upgrades and additions
• Traveling to project locations as needed (regional or out-of-state)
• Reading and working from blueprints, electrical schematics, and/or excel spreadsheets
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical problems
• 90% of projects will be lighting retrofits and controls

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as an electrician (commercial preferred)
• Strong work and safety ethic
• Willingness to travel regularly, up to 3 weeks at a time
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated mindset
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation, company vehicle available for right candidate
• Exterior pole lighting, underground, and troubleshooting experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus
