- End Date/Duration: 12 months with extension options until 9/30/30
- Shift: Day shift Monday - Friday with 1 weekend a month
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: W-2, Full-time
- W2 Pay Rate: $27/hr plus 11 Paid Federal Holidays ($28.08 blended rate) with additional $5.09/hr paid towards Health and Wellness Benefit
Required:
- Degree: Certificate
- Education: Graduation from a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program or completion of equivalent military training that permits sitting for the State licensure examination.
- As an alternative to the education requirements in the basic contract, the HCW may be a graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program OR be a graduate of an accredited LPN program by ACEN, OR have completed an equivalent military training program.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN working in an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the last two years.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support
- Licensure: Possess a current unrestricted license to practice as an LPN/LVN in anyone (1) of the fifty (50) States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient or ambulatory setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
