Licensed Practical Nurse Infusion manager

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Awaken Inspire Restore LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis in Newnan, GA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and care plans
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and health status
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by supervising physicians or NPs
• Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately in medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding care needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment in compliance with health regulations
• Support patient education and provide guidance on health management and wellness

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia with atleast 2+ years experience
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care standards
• IV experience required
• Prior Authorization experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time schedule
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required
