Best Life Mental Health & Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to join our outpatient practice in Cornelius, NC. This is an in-person, contract (1099) role for clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults and who value clinical autonomy, predictable income, and a supportive team environment.
Compensation
$81 per completed 50-minute session (1099)
Equivalent to $95+ per hour
Paid every two weeks - no waiting on insurance reimbursement
We provide referrals, scheduling, billing, and marketing
Schedule & Flexibility
Set your own schedule
Typical clinician schedule: 4 days per week, 9am-5/6pm
Office hours Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm
No weekends required

Provide outpatient individual therapy

Qualifications
Requirements
Active LCMHC license in North Carolina
Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
Strong clinical and communication skills
