About the Shop

The shop is seeking a Licensed 310S Automotive Technician in Waterloo, ON who wants steady hours, hourly pay, and no flat-rate pressure.

You'll have 35-40+ guaranteed hours weekly and a steady workflow of 200+ vehicles per month while working on general repair, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, tires, and alignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Complete brake and suspension repairs
• Perform wheel alignments
• Handle tire service and seasonal changeovers
• Inspect and repair Domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles

Qualifications

• Valid 310S Automotive Technician license
• Strong general automotive repair skills
• Experience with brakes, suspension, tires, and alignments
• Diagnostic skills are a strong asset
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Red Seal certification preferred
