Laurelwood Apartments and Townhomes - Cranberry Township, PA

LEASING CONSULTANT

A large multi-family community is seeking a full - time leasing consultant to show and lease apartments and townhomes. Individuals must have experience in leasing/sales and enjoy working with people.

Job Description:

Leasing:

  • Meet with prospective residents to determine their housing needs and show available units
  • Obtain all pertinent information and continue follow-up procedures
  • Familiarity with the leasing process from application to lease signing
  • Knowledgeable about Fair Housing laws

Administrative:

  • Prepare resident files
  • Assist residents with service requests
  • Complete data entry into software system
  • Collect rental payments and fees
  • Conduct follow-up with residents regarding customer satisfaction
  • Assist with move-in/move-out process
  • Respond to calls, emails and site visits in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Property Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Proven customer service track record
  • Good organizational, mathematical and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Weekend work rotation required
  • Clear criminal record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid drivers license
  • High school degree
