Stone River Apartments is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to help lease and manage our 206-unit apartment community. We offer great pay and benefits!

What You'll Do:

  • Greet prospective residents and lead tours across our 206-unit community.
  • Respond to phone/email leads and follow up with potential applicants to maintain high occupancy.
  • Process applications, background checks, and lease paperwork.
  • Assist the property manager with resident retention, renewals, and general administrative needs.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to current and future residents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or apartment leasing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and assist property management as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work scheduled hours.
