WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We currently seeking a Leasing Consultant (Bi-Lingual) for a multifamily residentials apartments in Fort Myers, Florida area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently performing the general business operations of the apartment community. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous experience exercising as a leasing consultant bilingual handling all aspects of leasing apartments including but not limited to greeting prospective residents, responding, and converting telephone inquiries, tours in the community with prospective residents, follow up with prospects and close the sale, processes applications within 24-48 hours, types leases, obtain signatures for completion of leases/paperwork prior to move-in, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team worker.

Qualified individuals must have at least 1-year experience in leasing, sales, advertising, marketing, or similar.

Experience: Leasing, Sales, Advertising, Marketing 1 year (Preferred), or similar. Bilingual (English- Spanish) is a plus.
