Leasing & Resident Services Specialist

Are you great with people, organized, and looking to grow your career in property management? We are seeking a Leasing & Resident Services Specialist to join a busy apartment community and help support both leasing and day-to-day resident needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment leasing or affordable housing experience who enjoys a position with variety, resident interaction, and room to grow.

Leasing & Resident Services Specialist -What You'll Be Doing

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and applications
• Provide friendly, professional support to current residents
• Process applications and assist with resident recertifications
• Review documentation for compliance with LIHTC guidelines when applicable
• Assist with work orders, rent questions, parking, deposits, and other resident needs
• Help with rent collection, payment posting, notices, and basic ledger reconciliation
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
• Work closely with the property team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Leasing & Resident Services Specialist-What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience helpful
• LIHTC or affordable housing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling paperwork and detailed documentation
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
