Lead Electrician Residential/Commercial

Still Electric LLC is hiring a skilled and experienced Residential and Commercial Lead Electricians to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead by example
• Lead and execute residential/commercial electrical projects, installations, repairs, and upgrades and all hands on job duties
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Supervise and mentor electrical helpers
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes
• Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Order materials, manage timelines, and oversee jobsite productivity

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven residential electrical experience
• Strong leadership and jobsite management skills
• In-depth knowledge of NEC and residential/commercial electrical systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or Saturdays

Work Location:
On-site at residential & commercial job sites throughout Columbus, OH

• Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Able to work in tight spaces (ie: crawl spaces & attics)
• Able to work in high areas utilizing lifts or ladders
• Valid driver license and clean driving record

• Residential and/or Commercial: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
