We need someone with 5+ years of experience in circuit design and power electronics who has a strong track record designing power systems for aerospace, defense, automotive, or robotics environments. You should be comfortable working hands-on in the lab-debugging hardware, bringing up boards, and iterating fast-and have demonstrated ability to take designs from schematic through PCB layout to integration and test. Bonus points if you have motor drive design experience (BLDC/PMSM), familiarity with FPGA interfaces, or experience qualifying hardware to DO-160 or similar environmental standards.
