Wenger Construction's Service Division is expanding, and we're hiring Roofing & Siding Service Technicians. Our friendly, responsive service team is dedicated solely to repairs and small projects, and we're specially trained across roofing, siding, and sheet metal so we can identify and fix building problems the right way.

Pay & Benefits

• $22-$32/hour, based on experience and skill
• $1,000 sign-on bonus

Where You'll WorkOur service crews travel to job sites throughout northern and southern Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and maintain commercial roofing systems
• Repair and replace roofing materials using hand and power tools
• Read blueprints to complete accurate repairs and installs
• Work with your crew to deliver a World Class Customer Experience
• Follow all safety standards and protocols while working at heights

What You NeedRequired:

• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to do heavy lifting and physical work, including at heights
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of construction, or a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, pre-employment drug screen, and physical

Preferred:

• Construction experience in roofing, siding, sheet metal, or related trades
• Commercial roofing repair or installation experience
• Service crew or repair-focused experience
• Blueprint reading and construction estimating
• Carpentry, concrete forming, or fabrication experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
