Commercial Lawn Applicator

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Lone Oak Lawn Medix LLC is looking for a skilled Commercial Lawn Applicator to join our growing team in Oak Grove, MO! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll help transform and maintain beautiful, healthy lawns for our commercial clients. Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial lawns and landscapes according to treatment plans
• Conduct property inspections to identify turf diseases, weeds, insects, and other lawn health issues
• Calibrate and operate spray equipment, spreaders, and other application machinery
• Maintain accurate records of chemicals used, application rates, and treated areas
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding lawn care recommendations and treatment results
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations regarding pesticide application and safety
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of company equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

• Valid Missouri Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one
• Prior experience in lawn care, turf management, or chemical application preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily route independently
• Basic knowledge of turf grass, weeds, and common lawn diseases is a plus
