Candidates who understand the fear and frustration of a customer in need and project empathy and an I'll HELP YOU vibe.
Candidates with excellent knowledge of and ability to service heating systems.
Air Conditioning Skills and certifications favored.
Pleasant phone mannerisms and competent technology skills important.
Bilingual ability will be favorably considered.
Successful candidates will work in a team environment with great cohesion - Contrarians need not apply.
