Personal Injury Litigation Attorney ( Hybrid )

Job description:

• Handle predominantly plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters through various stages of case development and resolution.
• Work on medical malpractice matters as applicable.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct discovery, legal research, and case analysis.
• Take and defend depositions as appropriate.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
• Manage client communications and case development.
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Medical malpractice experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
