Job Overview
A well-established waste services company is seeking a dependable and experienced Residential Route Manager to oversee day-to-day residential collection operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely service delivery while supporting and leading route drivers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily residential waste collection routes and driver teams.
• Monitor safety, efficiency, and service quality across all assigned routes.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to drivers on procedures and expectations.
• Perform ride-alongs, route audits, and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
• Address and resolve service-related issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain records, logs, and reports in accordance with company policies and DOT regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in waste hauling, transportation, or similar field.
• CDL (Class B or A) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety requirements.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and early hours.
• Experience with route management systems is a plus.
