Pay: $21-$25/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday

We are seeking a Sample Lab Compounder to prepare fragrance samples and applications in a laboratory environment. This position requires strong attention to detail and previous hands-on experience working with fragrance or flavor formulations.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to formulas.

• Read and follow batch tickets and laboratory instructions.

• Prepare fragrance samples and applications such as candles and lotions.

• Maintain sample retains, inventory, and laboratory documentation.

• Monitor samples for quality issues or formula variations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory.

• Work with Perfumers, Sales, and laboratory team members on sample requests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 2+ years of fragrance or flavor laboratory experience.

• Previous hands-on compounding experience.

• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable accurately weighing and measuring raw materials.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
