We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Layout Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing layout and field installation, along with proficiency using Trimble layout equipment and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate plumbing layout and field measurements for multi family projects.
• Use Trimble equipment to establish points, elevations, sleeves, penetrations, and plumbing locations.
• Coordinate plumbing layouts with other trades to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
• Verify field conditions and communicate discrepancies to project management.
• Maintain accurate layout documentation and as-built information.
• Work closely with plumbers, foremen and other construction personnel.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with plumbing layouts in new construction.
• Experience operating Trimble equipment, including robotic total stations or other Trimble layout technology.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, elevations, and construction layout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in the field.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a construction team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
