Key Responsibilities
This position focuses primarily on individuals with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative patients recovering from joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Your role will be critical in facilitating their recovery and enhancing their functional abilities. You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from athletes to seniors, emphasizing tailored strategies that promote optimal health outcomes.
Qualifications
While two years of hands-on experience is required, candidates with advanced training in manual therapy techniques or specialization in orthopedic rehabilitation will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and ongoing participation in professional development activities is encouraged.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for the Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist position is between $50,000 and $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. - Effectively implement patient-specific plans of care by guiding individuals through tailored exercise regimens focusing on strength, flexibility, and coordination.
