Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate, facilities management, and engineering services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Evening to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services Department supporting the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have a highly professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and good customer service skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose equipment or facility issues, and complete repairs.
  • Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
  • Review and complete assigned work orders using a work order management system.
  • Support efficient building operations by ensuring equipment and systems are functioning safely and effectively.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma.
  • 5-7 years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, facilities, building, or related environments.
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and work a rotating evening schedule after training.
