Responsibilities:
• Work in a team to install solar panels on residential roofs; PVC plumbing assembly and coordination with pool equipment
• Solar and pool automation electrical hook up and programming
• Prepare and load company vehicles; maintain an accurate inventory of materials
• Clean job site; Interact and communicate with customers and co-workers in a friendly, appropriate, and polite manner
• Organize tools, equipment and materials in trucks and warehouse
• Complete additional tasks as required
Requirements:
• Be comfortable working outdoors at heights and on angled roofs
• Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs repeatedly and overhead
• Full range of mobility in upper and lower body, with ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
• Observe safety procedures at all times and exercise caution
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience working on roofs and/or in construction is a plus
• Work on a team and independently with minimum supervision in a steady-paced environment
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen (DFWP)
