Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:

I. Station or Machines:

A. Inspection - Magnaflux

B. Inspection - Rockwell hardness testers

C. Inspection - Surface plate

D. CMM coordinate measuring machine

II. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

A. Inspection of production parts to specification

B. Inspection of vendor parts to specification

C. Required reporting documents

D. Gage calibration

E. Ability to utilize hoist

F. ISO internal auditor

G. Program and operate CMM coordinate measuring machine

III. Minimum Physical Qualifications

A. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

B. Must be able to load and unload parts with hoist.

IV. Minimum Qualifications

A. Departmental procedures and work instructions

B. Safety rules and procedures

C. Operation of hoists

D. Operation of Magnaflux

E. Operation of Rockwell hardness testers

F. Operation of inspection tools

G. Computer operation, basic shop math, SPC, basic trigonometry

H. Read and write in English

I. Five (5) years inspection experience, one (1) year CMM

J. Read and understand blueprints.
