ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Monday to Friday - 7:30AM-4:00PM
Crossville, TN

Join a manufacturing team assembling small mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and small engines. This role is hands-on and requires good attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

-Assemble small parts, mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and small engines

-Cut, strip, crimp, route, and connect wiring

-Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, crimpers, and torque tools

-Follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation

-Perform quality checks and basic functional testing

-Identify and report defective parts or assemblies

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

-Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent

-1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred

-Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience

-Ability to read basic drawings, wiring diagrams, or schematics

-Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

-Basic math and measurement skills

-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25-35 lbs.
