What You'll Do As a Teller, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping create positive experiences during every interaction. In this role, you will: Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently Verify checks, endorsements, signatures, and account balances Cash checks and disburse funds following bank procedures Enter transactions and maintain accurate records Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift Accept loan payments and provide account-related assistance Introduce customers to products and services that may meet their financial needs Deliver friendly, professional service while building customer relationships What We're Looking For Required High School Diploma or GED Preferred Previous cash-handling experience Customer service experience Spanish language skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding Benefits We believe great employees deserve great benefits.
