- Apprentice (0-6 months): $20/hour
- Wildlife Tech Level 1 (6-12 months): $21/hour + production commission + lead bonuses
- Wildlife Tech Level 2 (12-36 months): $22/hour + sales commission + increased lead bonuses
- Senior Technician: $23/hour + leadership incentives + annual performance bonus
- Team Lead: $25/hour + leadership bonus structure
- Service Manager: Salary position with full leadership compensation package

What You'll Actually Do This is a fast-paced technical field role requiring both physical endurance and strong attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting homes for pest and wildlife activity
- Diagnosing entry points and infestation causes
- Applying treatments and exclusion solutions
- Setting and removing wildlife traps
- Performing exclusion and repair work
- Managing documentation and service records accurately
- Communicating findings clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Managing your own daily route and workflow

- Pass background check and drug screening
- Pest control, wildlife, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or technical field service experience
