Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for performing all accounting and bookkeeping duties in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable/accounts receivable
- Every other week payroll for at least 80 employees
- Handle invoicing for all customers and real-estate tenants
- Handle insurance audits and any issues
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform some administrative duties
- Perform some HR duties
Qualifications:
- Some experience in construction and real-estate. This is not a must but will be helpful.
- Previous experience in accounting, finance. At least 5 years.
- Very savvy with QuickBooks desktop
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- NC Notary needed
