AmeriCare Health LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Private Duty Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in the Kinsale Va area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care according to each client's care plan and your scope of practice
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation
  • Communicate with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

  • Current Virginia RN or LPN license
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • A dependable, compassionate approach to care
  • Private duty or home health experience is preferred
