Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: Competitive pay based on experience

Patient Volume: 20-25 patients per day

Our client, associates in medicine & surgery, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become an essential part of a busy and well-established Internal Medicine practice in Lehigh Acres, FL.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients in an Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting

Manage and monitor acute and chronic medical conditions

Develop personalized treatment plans and provide follow-up care

Participate in preventive healthcare and chronic care management programs

Maintain a daily patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans

Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams

Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation

Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills

Qualifications

️ Active ARNP/NP or PA license eligible to practice in Florida

️ 1+ years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care

️ Strong background in chronic care management

️ Comfortable managing 20-25 patients daily

️ Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

️ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

️ Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus

️ Ability to work efficiently in a busy medical practice

️ Team-oriented professional with leadership qualities
