Is your nurse to patient ratio hindering your ability to make an impact? Our facility has high ratios of 1 employee per 4 clients, with a maximum client population of 16.

• You will never work "short staffed".

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 12 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Oversee care staff to ensure tasks are completed/therapeutic interactions are verified.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Building rapport with clients through engaging activities such as playing cards, games, and arts and crafts.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed LPN or RN
• Previous experience in an assisted living facility or mental health setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
