We're a small, tight-knit electrical company looking for a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing crew. This is a W-2 position with steady work, but please note: we are a small operation and do not currently offer traditional benefits such as health insurance or paid time off.

What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial projects
• Read and follow blueprints and schematics for proper layout and execution
• Perform low voltage wiring and system upgrades
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools like voltmeters
• Collaborate with other trades on-site to meet deadlines
• Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in the field
• Strong blueprint reading and electrical layout skills
• Familiarity with low voltage wiring
• Bonus: Frame carpentry or multi-trade experience
• Self-starter who works safely and efficiently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Electrical license (as required in your state or municipality)
