We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper that has 10 years of experience with monthly compilation for small businesses.


Mon-Wed 8:30 am to 4:00 pm-30 minute lunch unpaid


The ideal candidate will have the following skills:


General Ledger Review

Monthly bank & credit card reconciliations

Prepare & file monthly Sales & Use Tax reports with Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue

Communicate effectively with clients to get answers to compilation questions

Annual year-end closing with year-end trial balance and complete year-end general ledger review

Prepare & file year-end 1099's

Personable with a positive outlook

Superior verbal & written communication skills

Excellent code of ethics

Independent problem solver
