Role: Superintendent - Electrical

Location: Memphis, TN (must be willing to be onsite/relocate if necessary)

Compensation: $62-$65/hour Straight time, $93-$97.50/hour Overtime pay

Per Diem: Daily Per Diem Available if traveling in

Employment Type: 13 week contract to hire (expectations are to be willing and able to convert full-time)

Hours: 72 hours/week

Shift: Day and Night Shift available, 6 days, 12 hour shifts

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• At least three years of experience with electrical installations.
• Low- or medium-voltage electrical experience.
• Industrial or commercial electrical construction experience.
• Preferred: Experience supervising electrical construction in data centers or similar mission-critical environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Preferred: Experience with construction management, design-review, or project-scheduling software.
• Preferred: Understanding of electrical redundancy, grounding, and power systems designed for continuous operation.
• Preferred: Spanish-language proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex electrical construction scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical installations, including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, and generators.
• Manage and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, foremen, and onsite crews.
• Ensure contractors adhere to defined scopes, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor daily construction progress and conduct regular site inspections.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Proactively resolve onsite electrical construction challenges.
• Prepare and present clear project progress reports.
