Home Health Agency, located in Lewisville, seeking LVN to support health-care team in the DENTON/KRUM area.

Applicants should have at least 1-2 year's current med/surg experience, preferably in Home Health, skilled nursing or rehab.

Position requires daily/weekly visits to patients located in area, providing in home skilled nursing care, including diabetic care (including insulin administration, medication administration and management as well as patient teaching.

Familiarity with Kinnser or other electronic medical records preferred.
