LVN needed for Overnights in La Verne!

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for overnight shifts in La Verne, providing essential care in a home health care setting. This position involves direct patient care with a manageable patient-to-nurse ratio, allowing focused attention and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role is ideal for entry-level professionals eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment without on-call duties.

Hours: 11pm - 7am, Sunday - Wednesday

Pay rate: $31 - 32 per hour

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout the overnight shift
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Provide direct patient assistance as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
