Spanish-Speaking Female LVN Preferred - One-on-One Home Care

Sanitas Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an adult female patient in Los Angeles (90057).

This is a long-term case with a supportive family. The patient is authorized for up to 10 hours per day, 7 days per week. We offer flexible scheduling and welcome nurses available for full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends, or a combination of shifts.

Patient Overview

• Adult female
• Blind and non-verbal
• Seizure disorder
• Dysphagia
• Oxygen as needed
• Requires assistance with all activities of daily living
• One-person assist with transfers
• Supportive family caregiver in the home

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Vital signs monitoring
• Seizure precautions
• Respiratory assessment
• Oxygen therapy and suctioning as needed
• Aspiration precautions
• Skin integrity monitoring
• Personal care assistance as needed
• Accurate nursing documentation
• Collaborate with the patient's family and healthcare team

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license
• Current BLS certification
• Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required
• Female LVN preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
