Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN

Schedules Needed:

Monday- Thurs 8am-4:15pm (Male patient)

Monday- Friday 8pm-8am (Female Patient)

LVN Private Duty Nursing
We are seeking dependable, dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to a patient.

Responsibilities:

• Under direction of RN, administer skilled nursing care for patient on g-tube and ventilator in a home setting.
• Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.
• Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members and other third party payer.
• Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Have a Texas State License as a LVN.
• Pass background check.
• Is certified in CPR/BLS and has current TB test.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs-80lbs.

Shifts:

• Day shifts and night shifts available
