We are seeking a dependable Class B CDL truck driver to deliver refrigerated food products to our customers in a safe, timely and professional manner. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position with early morning starts. The ideal applicant will be reliable with strong attention to detail and be able to work within time limits.

Duties

• Safely operate company box truck to deliver refrigerated food products to restaurants and grocery stores on established routes
• Load and unload food products using 2-wheeler, pallet jack, and other equipment.
• Lift single cases over 50 lb. with repetition and perform manual tasks.
• Check delivery invoices to ensure the correct products and quantities have been delivered.
• Accurately complete delivery and paperwork while providing excellent customer service.
• Work independently delivering products in a timely manner while communicating with our office, warehouse, and customers as needed.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during route driving.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License .
• Clean driving record, Valid DOT medical card.
• Dependability and availability for routes that are typically 5:00-5:30 AM starting time.
• Physical ability to lift single cases over 50 lb. with repetition and perform manual tasks.
• Load and unload products, check for delivery accuracy, and accurately complete delivery paperwork.
• Ability to maneuver a 2-wheeler with product loads including up and down stairs.
• Familiarity of operating a pallet jack and other equipment
• Must have one year of prior professional driving with route delivery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of route driving, truck driving safety procedures, and DOT regulations.
