IPEX Director of Financial Governance

Take on a key financial leadership role as Director, Corporate Controller with IPEX, located in either Oakville or Montreal. Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS across North America. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role requires a CPA with 10+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting and corporate finance. You will oversee a talented team, maintain financial integrity, and enhance governance efforts while steering the company's compliance with internal controls and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Direct the financial reporting process for North American entities • Conduct technical accounting research for complex issues • Ensure timely completion of audits and external relations • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives • Oversee governance of capital investment projects Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) required • 10+ years of experience in financial controllership • Expertise in ERP financial systems is a must • Bilingual in French and English preferred Bring your financial expertise to IPEX and contribute to its mission of shaping a better tomorrow.
