• Start Date: 3-4 Weeks (Fast credentialing)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri
  • Mon: 8am - 7pm
  • Tues-Thurs: 8am - 5pm
  • Fri: 8am - 2pm
• Patient Volume:
  • Mon: 27 Tues-Thurs: 21 Fri: 17
• EMR: eCW
• Call: After-call service 1-2 weeks a year
• Job Requirements:
