Installer - Commercial Refrigeration & Kitchen Equipment

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Travel: Required throughout the week

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Installer to join our team. This position involves installing commercial equipment at job sites throughout the region, including walk-in freezers, buffets, kitchen carts, and other commercial kitchen equipment.

Travel is a regular part of this position. You may be out of town for a day or several days at a time. Per diem is provided for travel expenses. Employees do not necessarily have to drive themselves to out-of-town jobs our crews travel together in company trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install walk-in freezers and other commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Install buffets, kitchen carts, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Work from ladders and at various heights.
• Read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Travel to job sites throughout the week.
• Work effectively as part of a crew.
• Follow safety procedures and complete work in a professional manner.

What We're Looking For

• Clean driving record - REQUIRED.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Comfortable working on ladders.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the work week.
• Previous installation, construction, mechanical, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen experience is a plus.

Important: Travel is required for this position. You may be away from home for one or several days during the work week. Employees travel together in company trucks, so you do not have to drive yourself to every out-of-town job.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 per hour
• Per diem provided for travel
• Medical insurance available after the probationary period
