Key Responsibilities

• Complete training in GMP, GDP, safety, defect recognition, and inspection techniques.
• Perform 100% manual inspection of filled and sealed vials using approved lighting, backgrounds, and timing.
• Identify and document defects including particles, fibers, fill-volume concerns, scratches, scuffs, and discoloration.
• Segregate rejected units and maintain clear material status and chain of custody.
• Record inspection results accurately in accordance with GDP requirements.
• Follow inspection protocols including intervals, eye breaks, gowning, hygiene, and product handling.
• Support reconciliation of inspected, accepted, rejected, and further-evaluation units.
• Participate in refresher training, defect-kit activities, and continuing inspection practice.
• Assist with other GMP activities when inspection demand is lower.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High school diploma or GED
• English
