General Dermatologist (MD/DO) - Private Practice Scottsdale

Dermatology & Skin Surgery Specialists is an established, independent, physician-owned dermatology practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general dermatologist to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

We provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with an emphasis on evidence-based medicine, individualized care, and an excellent patient experience. Our physicians have the flexibility and support to build a practice around their interests-whether focused on medical, procedural, cosmetic dermatology, or a combination. We provide the clinical and administrative support to help each physician grow their patient base and develop a practice they are excited about.

Our independent structure provides meaningful physician autonomy, direct access to practice leadership, and the ability to make decisions locally and efficiently. Established full-time dermatologists in our practice have historically earned approximately $425,000-$500,000 annually while working a four-day clinical schedule (32 clinical hours per week). Actual compensation varies based on individual productivity and collections.
