A well-established, family-focused dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join one of its practices in Los Lunas, New Mexico.   • Earning potential: $250,000 $550,000 annually

  • Daily guarantee: $800 $1,000

  • Production: % of collections (including X-rays, plus location-based premiums)

  • Sign-on and performance bonuses up to $80,000

  • Long-term incentive bonuses up to $60,000

  • Two weeks paid vacation

  • $3,000 annual CE allowance plus structured mentorship and training

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care

  • Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans

  • Educate patients and families on oral health and treatment options

  • Restore decayed or damaged teeth and perform extractions as necessary

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations

  • Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

  • Active or eligible for New Mexico dental license

  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical practice

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
